ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to lead specialty sales for long-acting HIV prevention and treatment products. You will partner with HCPs to advance new treatment approaches and manage an integrated account strategy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customer needs and scale treatment models.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP problems.
• Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and scaling successes.
• Develop and foster external relationships with key influencers.
