Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to drive long-acting HIV injectable treatment adoption across assigned accounts in the US. The role requires partnering with HCPs, nurses, and administrators to address clinical and financial challenges and to deliver an integrated product experience within a buy-and-bill model.

You will develop strategic business plans, leverage data insights, and work with Clinical Nurse Educators and Reimbursement Managers to support

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
Ability to travel domestically as necessary, may include overnight travel, majority of time in market.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service.
Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new treatment approach.
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities in target accounts.
Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer to scale treatment models.
Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience.
Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset with cohesive internal communication.
