ViiV Healthcare in the United States seeks an experienced Territory Account Manager to lead HIV-focused sales across assigned accounts. You will engage clinicians, nurses, and administrators to understand challenges and align product solutions with patient needs.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a launch-context mindset to drive adoption of HIV therapies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License

Mansioni

• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges in target accounts.
• Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Develop and execute business plans tailored to customers to scale treatment adoption.
• Coordinate with Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers for an integrated product experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive customer experience with ViiV.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing HCP needs and requests.
• Drive execution plans to achieve KPIs and business goals.
• Build external relationships with key thought leaders and customers.
