Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to serve as the face of Heartflow in a defined US geographic region. You will drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology, educate referring physicians, and build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Expect approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Base compensation starts at $125,000 with total target compensation up to $200,000 when including variable/commission, plus potential

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement.
• Experience building and supporting clinical programs is preferred.
• Clinical/technical proficiency to grasp and disseminate information to customers.
• Develop relationships with key account stakeholders (cardiologists, admin, hospital staff).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of cCTA/FFRct pathway in strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customers and program development.
• Maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders; educate on Heartflow value.
• Meet or exceed quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in accounts.
