Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics in a defined U.S. region. You will work with cardiologists and other clinicians to drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct pathway and ensure customer success.

Expect approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. This customer-facing role requires proven sales skills, clinical/technical proficiency, and the ability to educate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience building clinical programs and supporting adoption.
• Clinical/technical proficiency to translate medical information for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway in strategic accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for program deployment and account support.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and educate them on Heartflow's value.
• Meet or exceed quota and growth metrics in assigned accounts.
