Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven, non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology in a defined U.S. region.

The TAM will work with Cardiologists, PCPs, and other clinicians to drive adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway and build strong referral networks from a home office, with about 20-25% travel. This role focuses on quota attainment, cross-functional collaboration, and educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition while expanding usage

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization to deploy program development and training.
• Increase Heartflow usage by maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and other clinical stakeholders; educate customers on value proposition.
• Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration.
