Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Territory Account Manager to represent our non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology with a focus on growing adoption within designated accounts across the U.S. This role requires engaging cardiologists, primary care physicians, and hospital staff to deliver value and build long-lasting relationships.

You will travel ~20–25% from a home office and collaborate with marketing, clinical, and HQ resources to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience required.
• 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience acceptable.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key Heartflow accounts.
• Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders.
• Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition with presentations to referring MDs.
• Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support focused customers and program plans.
• Exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration.
