Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Territory Account Executive for Lab Diagnostics in the West Palm Beach region. This remote, full-time role focuses on managing an identified territory, driving revenue, and serving as the single point of contact for customer needs within the labs and health systems.

You will own the diagnostic product portfolio, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop an opportunity funnel to grow share of wallet with existing customers and new prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical technology sales, preferably in laboratory diagnostics.
• Ability to develop account-level deal strategies and lead teams to execute plans.
• Strong relationship management and client-servicing capabilities.
• Comfort working in a matrixed organization and leveraging cross-functional resources.
• Solid knowledge of product lines, markets, and competitors in diagnostics.
• Minimum 3+ years in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing.
• Proven presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the defined geographic territory.
• Serve as the primary contact within the account and point of contact for all customer needs.
• Own product portfolio and responsibilities across diagnostic business units.
• Collaborate with internal teams (specialists, executives, service, finance) to support accounts.
• Develop and grow an opportunity funnel with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead business reviews and update account plans based on market changes.
