Qualifications

• Track record of success leading commercial teams in med tech (lab diagnostics preferred).
• Experience developing account-level deal strategy (Miller Heiman) and organizing teams.
• Strong relationship management with accounts in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of product lines, markets and competitors.
• 3+ years in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts or hospital purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals in the geographic territory including West Palm Beach.
• Serve as primary contact within account; single point of contact for customer needs.
• Own diagnostic business units; understand products and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with specialists, execs, service, finance and other teams.
• Grow opportunity funnel with prospects and existing Siemens Healthineers customers.
• Lead business reviews and update account plans as market conditions change.
• Deliver business reviews to retain position and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow capital equipment and diagnostic reagent business across LD lines.
• Increase share of wallet through competitive conversions and menu expansion.
• Maintain CRM and quoting tools accurately.
