Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to manage electronic bill submissions and oversee the daily e-billing workflow. The role requires proficiency with client accounting systems and several invoice processing apps.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of electronic billing experience in professional services, with familiarity of Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, Counsel Link and E-Billing Hub, plus strong Excel/Word/Access skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of electronic billing experience in professional services.
• Experience with Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, Counsel Link, and E-Billing Hub.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables), Word, and Access.

Responsabilités

• Submit accruals and estimates monthly to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Pricing Team to submit new timekeepers and rates to e-billing sites.
• Help team meet client and department deadlines and quality standards.
