Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a remote Medical Office Support role to assist clinicians providing tele-triage and patient care for adults in skilled facilities, residences, and clinics. You will help triage patients, document encounters, and coordinate with PCPs and facilities.

The role emphasizes accurate medical documentation, lab/imaging entry, and timely communication with patients and families. A CMA is a plus, with strong typing skills and scribing experience valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or greater.
• Medical Scribing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical providers by triaging and documenting patient encounters.
• Prepare clinical documentation for the provider as requested.
• Open encounter notes for acute Tele Triage visits.
• Perform medication reconciliation for patients seen via acute Tele Triage.
• Enter lab and imaging results into the patient’s chart.
• Document triage notes with time for CCM services.
• Send updates to PCPs for triaged patients.
• Make calls to facilities to gather information for the provider.
• Check all forms of communications several times daily to ensure patient needs are met (TeleMediq).
• Inform patients and families of recent visits and new orders; escalate to provider when needed.
• Communicate transitions of care to the Tele Triage team.
