Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team by coordinating workflows and enhancing communication among patients, providers, and care teams. You will work with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

The role requires travel to assigned facilities, strong customer service and organizational skills, and experience in patient care or medical scribing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation and chart preparation.
• Coordinate patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients and families to support communication and care.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize clinical documentation including lab results and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care.
