Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support remote Tele Triage and patient care. You will streamline documentation, open encounters, reconcile medications, enter labs, and communicate updates to PCPs and facilities to support clinicians and improve outcomes.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, typing speed of 45 wpm, and preferred Medical Scribing experience; a Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus. This is a remote role with national scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or greater.
• Medical Scribing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical providers can focus on triaging and caring for patients.
• Prepare clinical documentation for the provider as requested.
• Open and note encounters for acute Tele Triage visits.
• Perform medication reconciliation for acute Tele Triage visits.
• Enter lab and imaging results into the patient’s chart.
• Document triage notes and times for CCM services.
• Send updates to PCPs for triaged patients.
• Make phone calls to facilities to gather information for providers.
