Eventus WholeHealth seeks a Clinician Support Specialist to coordinate workflows for clinicians and facility staff, ensuring efficient patient care across telehealth and in-person rounds. Based in Kentucky, the role requires travel to assigned facilities and building strong communication between patients, families, and care teams to support high-quality care delivery.

You will organize documentation, support charting, assist with admissions/discharges, and help with coordination of care, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred; scribing a plus

Responsabilités

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information and schedules ready
• Assist with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules including admissions and discharges
• Liaise between clinicians, facility staff, patients and families for effective communication
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician
• Organize clinical documentation including labs, diagnostics, and records
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation properly
• Participate in facility meetings and update the care team
• Support discharge planning and census accuracy
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively at partner facilities
