Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is hiring a Clinician Support Specialist to assist with clinical workflows, documentation, and communication across care teams. You will support APCs, facility staff, patients, and families while ensuring efficient rounds and accurate records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and healthcare-related experience; CMA/CNA/PCT preferred, with travel to assigned facilities. This role requires strong organization and customer service in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds by ensuring all necessary patient information, documentation, and schedules are ready in advance
• Support clinicians in delivering care by assisting with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules, including updates for admissions, discharges, and acute changes
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and quality care delivery
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including lab results, diagnostic data, and patient records
• Host and support telehealth visits for both routine and acute care needs
• Obtain and process patient consents and ensure proper routing of documentation
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate patient census and records
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively within partner facilities
