Job summary

Charlie Health Clinical is seeking qualified clinicians to deliver remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. The role emphasizes a variety of modalities and evidence-based practices, including DBT and CBT, with a focus on engagement and relational care in a virtual setting.

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in mental health, experience with youth, and be comfortable working in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiarity with multiple modalities and telehealth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-in.
• Respond to emails and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour.
• Use Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Engage clients and foster camera-on participation.
• Follow all operating policies and procedures.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with care team including Primary Therapists and Care Coaches.
