Job summary

Charlie Health Clinical is seeking qualified mental health professionals to lead adolescent and young adult group telehealth sessions. The role requires a Master’s degree in mental health and experience facilitating groups, with strong skills in DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI as a plus.

You will work part-time as a 1099 contractor, delivering therapy remotely to diverse clients and collaborating with the care team. A reliable tech setup and video-based delivery are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficiency with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR).
• MI certification is a plus.
• Comfort delivering group treatment and working in telehealth.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Reliable WiFi and tech setup for telehealth.
• Part-time 1099 role.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervisor at least monthly for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate the hour group.
• Follow Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Facilitate groups across age cohorts and modalities as needed.
• Maintain client engagement and camera-on culture.
• Collaborate with care team and document thoroughly within 24 hours.
