Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver remote telehealth group therapy to adolescents and young adults. A Master’s degree is required, with experience guiding groups and applying multiple modalities to foster engagement.

You will join a warm, relational clinical team and participate in ongoing supervision, curriculum updates, and cross‑functional collaboration while maintaining high professional standards and secure telehealth practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Proficiency with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT; EMDR/MI a plus)
• Ability to conduct group treatment and engage clients
• Reliable internet and telehealth capabilities

Responsabilités

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least 1x/month
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours
• Review curriculum before group start time
• Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate the group for the hour
• Facilitate groups following best practices and updated curriculum
• Facilitate groups across age cohorts including Integrative curriculum
• Engage clients to foster participation and camera-on culture
• Follow operational policies and procedures
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision
• Collaborate across care team including Primary Therapists and Care Coaches
• Communicate clearly with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• Monitor treatment documentation within 24-hour timeframe
• Maintain professional ethics
• Other duties as assigned
