Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to deliver remote, adolescent and young adult group therapy via telehealth. You will use a variety of modalities and coordinate with care teams to ensure engaging, evidence-based sessions.

Applicants should hold a relevant master’s degree, enjoy working with youth, and be comfortable delivering sessions online with strong ethics and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Skilled in DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus.
• Passionate about group treatment and client engagement.
• Able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum for group assignments before start.
• Facilitate groups and maintain engagement (camera-on culture).
• Collaborate with care team and participate in supervision.
• Maintain 24-hour note completion and professional ethics.
• Respect confidentially and follow policies.
