Job summary

Charlie Health, a rapidly growing provider of telehealth behavioral health services for adolescents and young adults, seeks qualified clinicians for a part-time 1099 role. You will deliver virtual counseling, participate in team supervision, and ensure timely communication with clients and referral sources.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in mental health or a related field and have experience working with youth.

Qualifications

Masters degree in mental health or related field required.
Experience working with youth and young adults.
Comfortable working remotely and with video-based sessions.

Responsibilities

Meet with your Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at least monthly for check-ins.
Follow Charlie Health policies and procedures.
Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision on a regular schedule.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
Be available during late afternoons and evenings (3–8pm MT) on weekdays and Saturdays.
Work in a part-time 1099 role.
