Charlie Health is hiring Masters-level mental health professionals to deliver remote group therapy to adolescents and young adults. Flexibility in scheduling and strong telehealth skills are essential to create engagement and connection.

We value clinicians who integrate modalities like DBT, CBT, and EMDR, work collaboratively with care teams, and maintain timely documentation while upholding professional ethics and boundary management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Well versed in modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus).
• Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group sessions.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least monthly.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and arrive early.
• Follow best practices and up-to-date Charlie Health curriculum.
• Facilitate groups across age cohorts; support staffing and Wellness Hour as needed.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours and meet DHCS and Joint Commission standards.
• Collaborate with care team and communicate professionally with clients and staff.
