Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring qualified mental health professionals to deliver remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. You will join a warm, relational clinical team that embraces diverse modalities and emphasizes client-centered care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, experience with youth, and comfort delivering groups via telehealth. You will collaborate with care teams, complete onboarding quickly, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Versed in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI a plus).
• Ability to run effective telehealth sessions and engage clients on video.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet monthly with supervisor/director for check-ins.
• Facilitate adolescent/young adult group sessions via telehealth.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion during sessions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per DHCS and Joint Commission standards.
• Collaborate with care team and family referrals.
