Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to deliver remote, telehealth group services for adolescent and young adult clients. Masters degree in mental health with experience in group therapy is required.

The role is part-time (1099) and remote, with evening and weekend availability. You will join a warm, empathetic clinical team and collaborate with Primary Therapists and Care Coaches, using modalities like DBT, CBT, and EMDR while maintaining high standards of care and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Familiar with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR) and integration into treatment
• Able to conduct group treatment and engage clients remotely
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and cloud-based communication tools
• Part time 1099 role

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks
• Meet monthly with supervisor or director
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
• Review curriculum before group start time
• Facilitate groups for the hour and be punctual
• Follow best practices and use current Charlie Health curriculum
• Collaborate with care team and attend treatment team meetings
• Maintain timely and accurate treatment documentation
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries
• Other duties as assigned
