Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring part-time clinicians to provide remote telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. The role requires a Master’s degree in mental health or a related field and experience running groups using diverse modalities.

You will join a warm clinical team and work to deliver high-quality, relational care. Evening and weekend availability is required, with onboarding completed within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with Group Quality Supervisor/Director for check-in.
• Facilitate remote adolescent/young adult group sessions.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation during sessions.
• Collaborate with care team to maintain client progress and documentation.
