Job summary

OSA Global Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Appointment Setter to support telehealth scheduling by coordinating appointments with medical providers and ensuring patients are prepared for virtual visits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare scheduling, familiarity with medical terminology, and strong English communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience and accurate EHR/EMR records.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling or patient coordination.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and U.S. healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and schedule telehealth appointments.
• Contact patients via phone, email, or messages to schedule, confirm, and reschedule.
• Coordinate physician availability and patient schedules for accurate booking.
• Collect and verify patient information for appointment registration.
• Explain telehealth process and provide access instructions.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the scheduling system.
