Job summary

Telos Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Telemedicine Coordinator to support clinical operations and telemedicine programs remotely. The role focuses on scheduling, provider onboarding, education, communication systems, and day-to-day workflows across U.S.

time zones. The ideal candidate will coordinate provider coverage, manage Dialpad assignments, and facilitate smooth telemedicine operations with leadership and clinical teams while maintaining meeting schedules and operational

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in remote setting and collaborate with teams.
• Availability during daytime hours and across U.S. time zones.
• Willingness to rotate weekend schedule approximately two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in Dialpad and manage provider assignments.
• Maintain provider schedules and coverage calendars.
• Coordinate weekend scheduling and Dialpad assignments.
• Support onboarding, education, and competency assessments.
• Assist with CME materials, presentations, and administrative tasks.
• Track tasks and ensure deadlines.
