Oak Street Health is seeking a remote Contact Center Service Advocate I to support patients by scheduling appointments and delivering excellent service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure an unmatched patient experience.

The role requires accurate data entry, clear communication of appointment details, and follow-up to confirm visits. 40 hours weekly; some shifts may include weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide courteous, professional service to patients.
• Enter patient information and appointment details into the scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with patients.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
