Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to lead quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice and wireless services. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Order Management to understand client needs, evaluate options, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

You will negotiate pricing with carriers, verify requirements, manage quotes through to implementation, and continually improve sourcing processes using AI tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services through Ten4's provider network.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound, addressing gaps with internal teams and customers.
• Own each sourcing request from intake through handoff and follow up with providers to meet timelines.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers and providers to identify solutions and pricing.
• Develop corrective action plans to mitigate impact to schedules and objectives.
