Job summary

Ledcor Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom projects remotely with limited travel. This hybrid role focuses on coordinating field operations, cost tracking, and performance analysis to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams, interface with clients, and help produce WIP reports, cost forecasts, and earned value metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in site acquisition (telecom preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements).
• Experience collaborating with vendors, PMs, engineers, or field teams.
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is preferred.
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time project status
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries
• Support project cost tracking including labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and equipment
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentation
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely project completion
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
