Job summary

Ledcor Group in Lexington, KY, is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom project phases, track costs, and ensure on-time delivery. This hybrid role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and field teams while interfacing with clients.

You will use Excel and Power BI to monitor status, generate WIP reports, and support invoicing and change management. Remote work with occasional travel to the Florence, KY region.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in site acquisition (telecommunications experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teams.
• Familiarity with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is a plus.
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers.
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking (labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, equipment).
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports.
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
