Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom operations, cost tracking and performance analysis on hybrid basis in Kentucky. You will align with project managers, engineers and field teams while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining project logs and trackers, conducting weekly updates, generating WIP reports, supporting cost reports and EV metrics, and using Excel and Power BI to produce status reports and

Qualifications

• 1+ years in site acquisition (telecom exp preferred)
• Excel expertise (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements)
• Collaborate with vendors, PMs, engineers and field teams
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures a plus
• Power BI and SAP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned telecom projects
• Maintain project logs, QB systems and Excel trackers with real-time status
• Conduct weekly update calls/meetings with internal teams and clients
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries
• Support cost tracking: labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, equipment
• Assist in cost reports, forecasts and earned value metrics
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance/status reports
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing/documentation
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement
