Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in the United States seeks a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom projects across North America. This hybrid/remote role blends field coordination with cost tracking and performance analysis, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position supports change management processes and ensures accurate billing and documentation.

Qualifications

1+ year in site acquisition; telecom experience preferred.
Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements).
Collaborates with vendors, PMs, engineers or field teams.
CBS experience preferred; Power BI and SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track all phases of assigned telecom projects.
Maintain project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers reflecting real-time status.
Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
Support project cost tracking: labor, materials, vendors, equipment.
Assist in cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance/status reports.
Support change management and ensure accurate billing/documentation.
Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
