Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom operations and project performance in a hybrid remote role with periodic travel to Florence, KY.

You will coordinate project phases, maintain logs and Excel trackers, generate WIP reports, and support cost tracking with field teams and clients. The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Formación

• One or more years of experience in site acquisition; telecommunications experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements, etc.).
• Collaboration experience with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teams.
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is preferred, not required.
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time project status.
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily work-in-progress (WIP) reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking, including labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports.
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely project completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
