Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) seeks a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom project phases, cost tracking, and performance reporting. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams while interfacing with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This hybrid/remote role requires proficient Excel skills, cross-functional teamwork, and familiarity with Power BI and CBS. Occasional travel to regional office may be required.

Formación

• 1+ years of site acquisition experience (telecom preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Collaborates with vendors, PMs, engineers, and field teams.
• CBS experience is a plus.
• Power BI and SAP experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned telecom projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers.
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking across labor, materials, vendors, and equipment.
• Assist in cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance reports.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing/documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
