Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom projects, coordinate field operations, and track costs and performance.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and field teams while interfacing with clients and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The role requires 1+ year experience in site acquisition, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements) and familiarity with cost tracking and BI tools such as Power

Formación

• One or more years of site acquisition experience (telecommunications experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with vendors, project managers, engineers or field teams.
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is preferred. Power BI and SAP experience are pluses.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned telecom projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers reflecting real‑time status.
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking including labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports.
• Support change management processes and accurate billing/documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
