Job summary
BECU is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive strategy and delivery across a broad financial-services portfolio. You will shepherd modernization efforts, align technology with business goals, and develop an engineering organization that delivers impactful outcomes for members and the institution.
You will lead across Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology, while maintaining a strong focus on Agile practices, quality engineering, and scalable delivery models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of experience leading technology teams.
- 8+ years IT experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy and delivery across a broad portfolio of financial services platforms.
- Own a high-impact portfolio across payments, wealth management, small business, lending, and credit cards.
- Advance modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern architecture.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to drive governance and outcomes.
- Build and develop a high-performance technology team with clear expectations and continuous feedback.
