Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Technology Partner Community, guiding onboarding and helping partners build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You will enhance partner experience, ensure onboarding is clear and scalable, and collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing critical milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partnerships and integration strategies.
• Shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct, productive relationships with existing partners and address issues proactively.
• Define onboarding requirements, assess performance with qualitative and quantitative measures, gather feedback, identify improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on global HCM and WFM trends to guide partner strategy.
