UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to join the Technology Partnerships team, driving the partner community across HCM, WFM, and HRSD products. You will guide onboarding, enablement, and integrations, coordinating with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal to align partner solutions with UKG priorities.

You’ll help partners leverage UKG APIs, developer tools, and marketplace while advancing global partner initiatives and joint GTM efforts in a fast-paced,

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community, helping partners understand UKG’s programs, resources, requirements, and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with existing partners; address business, technical, and sales issues; advocate for partners internally.

• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new opportunities.
