UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to grow the Partner Community and drive successful integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products. You’ll guide onboarding, enablement, and ongoing success, ensuring partners leverage UKG APIs and marketplace effectively.

You will collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities and to bring partner opportunities into UKG deals.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community; help partners understand programs, resources, requirements, and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes including orientation, enablement, technical readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Coordinate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with partners; address issues; advocate for partners internally.
• Define onboarding requirements, assess performance, and gather feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
