Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Technology Partner Community across HCM, WFM, and HRSD offerings. You will guide onboarding, enable developers, and align partner solutions with UKG priorities.

In this role you’ll collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships, drive integrations, and expand global partner opportunities while delivering measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
Ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in partner program operations or channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community and guide onboarding.
Lead onboarding, orientation, readiness, integration planning and launch.
Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams on partnerships.
Shape global product, partner community, and go‑to‑market strategies.
Maintain direct relationships with partners and address issues proactively.
Define onboarding requirements and measure program performance.
Coordinate joint sales activities and identify new opportunities.
Stay current on HCM and WFM trends to inform strategy.
