Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to deliver frontline technical support for the Flex Computer Aided Dispatch solution across Windows and Linux environments. You will troubleshoot, configure devices, assist with network diagnostics, and work with escalation teams to ensure high user satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support, IT certifications, and experience with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in technical support or related field.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, OS, networking, and applications.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices and software.
• Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
• Adhere to ITIL or similar service management practices.
• Maintain readiness for shift work and on-call rotations.
