Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the Flex CAD solution on Windows and Linux. You will handle end-user issues via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels, configure devices, and ensure high user satisfaction.

The role requires IT familiarity, certifications, and ability to work shifts with on-call rotations in a CJIS-regulated environment. Remote work is supported with relocation provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in a dedicated technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting both hardware and software.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the Flex CAD solution across hardware, software, OS, networking, and apps.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for software applications.
• Assist with network diagnostics and connectivity problems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
• Adhere to ITIL or other service management practices.
• Maintain flexibility for shift work and on-call rotations.
