Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the Flex CAD solution. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and networking issues across Windows and Linux environments, while ensuring high user satisfaction.

This role involves remote support, on-call rotations, and adherence to ITIL practices. The position requires ~2+ years in technical support, a High School Diploma, and the ability to obtain CJIS background clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 2+ years in a Technical Support role.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (employer sponsorship not available).
• Experience supporting CJIS-security governed environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues for the Flex CAD solution.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
• Install and support software applications and cloud services.
• Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity problems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as required.
• Adhere to ITIL or other IT service management best practices.
• Maintain on-call readiness and shift flexibility.
