Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the MSI Flex CAD solution on Windows and Linux. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while assisting customers and maintaining devices and configurations.

The role requires strong customer service, written and verbal communication, on-call flexibility, and familiarity with ITIL practices. CJIS security requirements apply and a base salary is offered.

Formación

• Experience in a dedicated technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP networking.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, OS, networking, and apps.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and support software applications.
• Assist with network diagnostics and connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Ensure issues are resolved with proper follow-up.
• Follow ITIL or similar service management practices.
• Maintain flexibility for shift work and on-call rotations.
