Job summary

PSI Services is recruiting a Technical Support Specialist for remote US work. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote access, troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions.

The role emphasizes clear communication, a proactive approach, and collaboration with multiple departments. A 90-day probation period applies, with a 8:00am-4:00pm Eastern schedule and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or tech support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS; able to troubleshoot.
• Strong communication, team work, and positive attitude.
• Reliable internet access and quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments
• EX. Security, GPO, Sharing & Permissions, systems and folders navigation, general software usage guidance
• Monitor Cloud statistics to troubleshoot connection issues
• Provide timely resolution of mostly Tier 1 and some Tier 2 customer issues
• Educate customers on our products while assisting them
• Train customers on how to use our software and access our content
• Assist our development team with testing new products and content
• Monitor trends in customer concerns and report them to the support manager
• This position is subject to a 90-day probation period
