Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the MSI Flex CAD solution on Windows and Linux. You will troubleshoot, configure devices, and assist with network issues while delivering multi-channel support.

The role requires ITIL-aligned practices, shift/on-call flexibility, and CJIS background checks for controlled environments. LI-Remote, base salary $55k–$60k annually.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first- and second-level technical support to end-users.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking concepts and protocols; familiarity with mobile devices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft MCP preferred.
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the Flex CAD solution across hardware, software, OS, networks, and apps.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for software applications.
• Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.
