Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales customer support for the MSI Flex Computer Aided Dispatch solution. You’ll handle first- and second-level technical support across Windows and Linux, deploy and maintain devices, and assist with software installations.

The role requires adapting to shifting schedules and on‑call rotations, with a base salary range of $55,000–$60,000 and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience in a dedicated technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the Flex CAD solution including hardware, software, OS, networking, and applications.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
• Install and support software applications and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Assist with network diagnostics and resolve basic connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
