Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets via Salesforce, communicate by phone and email, and build deep product and SQL knowledge while delivering exceptional service.

This remote role requires US citizenship and Public Trust clearance for the RelativityOne Government product.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software and networked systems.
• Provide technical support to a mix of technical and non-technical customers.
• Proficient in SQL and Windows platforms.
• Experience documenting and tracking issues in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.
• Respond to customer questions, problems, and work requests daily.
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share knowledge with customers.
• Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Follow procedures for creating, updating, escalating, and resolving tickets.
