Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for RelativityOne Government product, handling complex software and network issues while engaging with customers via phone and email.

You will work on a hybrid/remote schedule, create and resolve tickets in Salesforce, and maintain thorough documentation. A Public Trust clearance is required, with eligibility for U.S. citizenship and background screening.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer support to technical and non-technical customers.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software/network issues.
• Proficiency with SQL and Windows platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.
• Respond to client questions, problems, and work requests daily.
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share knowledge with customers.
• Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce and manage tickets per SLA.
