Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide product-vertical technical support for a mix of customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 9-hour CST shifts; US citizenship and Public Trust clearance may be required for government product support. Travel up to 10% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience using SQL and Salesforce for ticket management.

Responsibilities
